First time leasing from Ben! Absolutely an amazing experience/deal from beginning to end. Was brand new to the process and Ben walked me through it and provided constant updates on all the moving pieces. 10/10 can not recommend him enough!

Just finished leasing a C40 via Ben. I’m in Wisconsin. The process was pretty smooth. Ben saved me a ton of money even after several Volvo dealerships told me there was no such thing as deals with the new Volvos. Took a week from start to finish and car is great. Ben was excellent. Highly recommended.

Just want to add my review here. Leased a C40 through Ben, and it was a great experience overall. Ben explained everything and answered all my questions, and then when the dealer mucked some things up, he was able to clarify and smooth it out quickly for me. Got the car shipped to FL in less than a week. A friend was so impressed with the deal, he ended up getting a C40 a couple of weeks later, and had the same experience, he raved about how informative and helpful Ben was. Look forward to working with him again!

Just continuing the trend of great experiences. After banging my head against the wall the local dealers who refused to go below MSRP, Ben was able to get me into a great deal on a C40 shipped to my door for a nominal cost. Also got out of my negative equity/over miles XC90 clean. I may have to lease just volvos from now just for the ease of this experience.

Recently completed a deal through @Benedetto. This was my second time utilizing Ben’s services. Another seamless transaction.

While the market is much different than three years ago, Ben still scored me a solid deal and was able to squeeze some equity out of my ending Volvo lease. So far, really enjoying the new S90.

Overall, would highly recommend Ben. Great communication, transparent, and smooth process. Deal in confidence.

:point_up_2: also my second time using Ben, also a perfect transaction. If you’ve ever been on the phone with him, you hear the other calls and texts coming in – he’s in-demand and always busy, so I don’t want to waste his time. I was coming out of another car I bought post-pandemic that made me miserable, and I was ready to eject at any time for the right car/deal. I appreciate that more than once he told me “not yet” or “not this car”. He understands I’m very particular, so when this car/deal came along he was very up-front that it was a retired loaner and looked like one. The deal was light years better than anything I could arrange locally, the transport was seamless, and the car looked way better than I understood from our conversations. I had it detailed locally and it looks great! I love how it drives, and I saved thousands.

The only thing I can add to all these review is: don’t waste his time if you are still kicking tires. If you have test driven cars, know what you want, want a great deal that is delivered to your door without stepping into a dealership – that’s when you should get on his calendar. My only regret this go-round was time I wasted trying to reproduce this deal locally, on this car – it wasn’t happening.

Seems to extremely busy person failed to respond to thread even after 8 days following up. Even though filled up his inquiry form.

Finally got a call today to be told cannot sell a car if you are not turning in.

No mention of trade in vehicle requirement on the thread and wasted entire week waiting for him where in a simple Response to inquiry form saying can sell would be enough.

You got a call today because you were on my calendar as a scheduled appointment.

You put in an inquiry and scheduled an appointment simultaneously… so the default is to wait for the calendar appointment.

Unfortunately, cars are not unlimited, and my returning customers have bought a substantial amount of my BEVs over the last few weeks. This means I am limited in what I can sell as my dealer(s) make that decision.

As I said on the phone, I can offer you a C40, but based on my available XC40 P8s, I cannot offer you a deal without a returning Volvo.

Leaving me a negative review, based on your apparent entitlement to any car I have in stock, is a clear example of how you would be as a customer and treat my dealer(s).

Not sure what you are expecting here you have opened a thread with availability and without mentioning that you need a trade in for the car to be available.

You expect customer to submit inquiry and still not respond to him for 8 days ( checkout the thread) and on top of it you feel entitled to comment me as customer where in I have already worked with other brokers and dealer here on leasehackr and had a far better expereince.

Well please do not let me take up any more of your time

First time leaser
Had a hard time getting ahold of Ben at first, but once I did, the process was smooth as silk. Talked to him on Friday, he gave me time to think over the weekend with no pressure. Called him back at 5pm Wednesday, and had the car in my driveway 10+ hours away from the dealership on Sunday afternoon.
I am very impressed with the experience. A little bit of patience went a long way to make this deal work and go smooth.

Writing this review a little late but wanted to share what a great experience I had working with Ben. My new Volvo C40 was delivered on May 26th, and I’ve been in love ever since. This car is beyond my wildest dreams, and I couldn’t have gotten it without Ben brokering the deal.

From the time I scheduled our first phone call, Ben was extremely communicative and answered all of my (many) questions. I really liked that Ben would call me or ask me to call him, as sometimes I would have an inquiry that was too complicated to put in text. This felt like a very personal touch and helped put my mind at ease throughout the leasing process.

Ben was a true expert and knew how to make this deal happen from start to finish. He got me a great price on both the lease and the shipping. This was the first time I had a vehicle shipped cross country, and that was way smoother than I ever expected.

Ben is a pro. I wouldn’t do this process alone— he was so worth his broker fee. Ben is the second broker I’ve used now on leasehackr, and I much prefer him to the previous person I used. I will definitely be using his services in the future and recommend any other leasehackr do the same!

I worked with Ben to get a Volvo XC90 and this is my first time reaching out to a broker from LH. Reason being the dealerships around PNW are generally not easy to work with…

Ben was super responsive, transparent, straight to the point and patient/knowledgeable to explain everything that’s happening, either on the vehicle or on the documents. He also handled the shipping perfectly.

I would highly recommend Ben to my friends around leasing any brand of cars that he works on, and look forward to the next Volvo after the current lease ends.

I don’t know how Ben does it, but he does!! Talked to Ben last Saturday 11/25 and had the car in the driveway the next Saturday. He found us another AMAZING deal on another V60CC. Absolutely painless transaction. Ben was super responsive with turnaround time that was a matter of minutes. He knew what he was doing, and we just had to sit back and wait. We finished the paperwork late on the 29th and the car was delivered to Georgia on December 2nd. If you’re looking for a painless transaction, Ben is your go to guy…especially for Volvos!!
