This is a commonly discussed vehicle (which I’m not following at all).
How does 5513 / 72545 = 7.6% dealer discount compare to other deals recently posted? That’s the first thing to check if you’ve gotten ahead of yourself and are holding a dealer offer before you’ve determined exactly how much you should offer.
It’s probably not a great discount, but for the sake of argument let’s pretend it is.
Is this a $720 a month car?

77% residual isn’t hateful and you have no control over that. Money Factor seems to be normal and not jacked up, bases on what my recent 2024 Lyriq deal was calculator Rate Finder verified on mine.
7.6% is likely a little weak but still early into the new year and new month. If not in a rush I would hold off a month or 2. I suspect after the deals that were had recently on the 2024’s there will be better coming. If you do a search on Visor.vin there is TON of 2025 & 2026 Lyrics sitting on lots.

Is because the most effective lease shoppers here aren’t gathering multiple price quotes from dealers, hoping to stumble on a strong deal.
If it was this simple there would be just one locked post in the Wiki section that says, “Just email every dealer in the US for a price quote, and then pick the lowest.”
Effective shoppers figure out where the bottom of the market is for a given vehicle is first, and then start making offers at or around that price point (moving on when they get a “no”).
This was the hardest corner for me to turn after joining here. It’s uncomfortable at first because it isn’t how most people have ever done it.
