pretty wild but considering my buddy got a Equinox 2lt AWD last week at 1997, with only 4500 rebate. I think anything is possible with that 1k5 bonus lmao
Can these two discount be able be combined?
Dealership says no.
Most likely not. Usually on jeep side is either conquest or loyalty. I would table this under that.
according to the rate finder for equinox EV:
Blazer EV-LYRIQ Employee Allowance
$2250
â
Employee/Retiree - OEM/Dealership Requirement:
Eligible participants and sponsored purchasers as defined on GM family first who purchase/lease and eligible vehicle.
Expiration: 2025-01-02
what Vehicle are you targeting as each vehicle has different restrictions.
worse case
play dumb and go work another dealer.
Equinox ev
What are the latest discounts being offered for Equinox EV (2024 & 2025 model years)? For instance, are the conquest competitor lease discounts, etc. valid? @RPChevyDealer had a great listing in September. Iâm sure theyâve changed since then.
I have GM Supplier Discount and EV Supplier Allowance with valid authorization numbers. The GM Supplier Allowance seems to be valued at $1000.
How much is the EV Supplier Allowance valued at?
Are they combinable with each other and?
Also, are they combinable with competitor lease conquest discounts (Tesla Model Y or Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV) and anything else negotiated with dealer to reduce the price from the MSRP??
I updated my listing from September and yeah, everything there is still valid, but you can only get one rebate from each category
Theyâre technically five categories
Costco
Current vehicle in-home (Bolt or Competitor 2010 or Newer)
Current lease
Jobs (Supplier / First responders/ educators /military etc.)
GM credit card Sign and Spend
More directly, the supplier allowance does not work at all on EV vehicles. It only works on gas.
And the Supplier rebate for EVâs only works on EV does not work on gas
Please choose the right code for the type of vehicle youâre buying And remember supporting documentation is part of the program
Thanks. So in my case, weâre looking to get a 2024 or 2025 Equinox EV.
We have:
$1000 Costco
$1000 EV Supplier Allowance Authorization
$ 1500 (Conquest Lease discount for current lease of Tesla Model Y or Outlander PHEV?)
$500 (I will order credit card. Does this mean that I need a down payment on the lease of $1000 to get the $500?)
$2000 NJ EV rebate for leasing new car
$7500 Federal tax credit for leasing new car
Am I missing anything else? We donât have a current Bolt or Chevy and Iâm not an employee of GM.
Not sure where you found this
said so many times, GM bakes the 7500 into RV. This is different than most other brands.
You need 36 month lease to add this.
Iâm new to this site. My apologies if this has been mentioned before. Are we saying that $7500 is not used as a cap cost reduction off of the MSRP?
Correct. GMF bumped RV instead.
What does that mean? Do they reduce the Residual value by $7500 if we opt to buy the car at the end of the term?
They increased the RV utilizing that $7500
You pay full RV by the end of the lease if you want to buy it.
But is there a cap cost reduction of $7500, even though they increased the RV for lease end buy outs?
Letâs try this another wayâŚ
GM Financial forecasted a residual value of 70% and GM Financial receives the $7500 from the government to do whatever it wants to with it. They can pass all / some / or none of it on to the consumer in the form of an incentive. Most lessors have chosen to do it in the form of a Cost Cap Reduction.
GM Financial decided they were going to take the 70% RV and add $7500 to it. For the sake of numbers lets just say that $7500 comes out to 5% so the RV you would use for the vehicle would now be 75%.
With applying it as an enhanced residual value it lowers the cost of the lease however should you choose to purchase it at the end it would cost more. Their is no CCR at the end of the lease or a separate $7500 that you keep referring to.
There isnt on a lease. Theres a Rebate of 7500 if you buy, but if you lease the 7500 vanishes
Iâve seen âGMSâ (for employees and family depending on how long they were employed), âFamily Firstâ, and âFriends and Familyâ stated by different people. No matter how much Iâve looked I canât find anything that doesnât lead back to the Family First webpage though. How does getting a code for GMS actually work now?
Iâve also seen some posts suggesting that the discount technically doesnât apply to EVs and what I actually would need is the GEV discount? Any clue how Iâm supposed to navigate that?
The site has two places, normal codes and EV codes.
