My first car was a '77 Vega wagon back in 1979. I bought the car from local Chevy dealer for $300. It was 2 years old with 35K miles. It was already rusty. Unbelievable how much oil it burned. I kept it driving/running via local junkyard. There was a row of at least 20 of them to choose from.
