It doesn’t work that way. You get the rebates based on where you will register the car.

Purchased a Bolt from ChevyPhil last year and didn’t qualify for the Bay Area $1400 CCR because I registered the vehicle to Fresno County.

You can buy a car from EthanRS and register it to the Bay Area county for the Bay Area CCR.

It is based on the Registering Address (ZIP CODE AND COUNTY MUST MATCH)

You can’t register it to the dealer, that’s kinking the program and not to mention the bank would probably ask you for proof of residence right away.
