Lease is up at the end of the month. 2018 Audi Q5 P+ rear valance damage. Should i fix/replace/return the car as is?

Get a quote to repair. Get the prereturn inspection done. See which option is cheaper.
Yea, just get the inspection done and see what they say. For crap like that that’s under an inch I bet it will be normal wear and tear, if not the charge will be minimal. If they do ding you then you can get an estimate and see what’s cheaper, as Matt mentioned above.
