Looking to lease a Toyota RAV4 Prime then immediately buy out for the $6500 incentive

Dealer gave the below. Does the acquisition fee look high (almost $3k)? Also the mile adjustment (an extra $1k)

You seem to have neglected negotiating a discount off of MSRP. That would be a good place to start. Have you reached out to any brokers on the site? @Jrouleau426 works with a dealership in PA and could get you a RAV4 Prime at a discount off of MSRP and the $6,500 rebate

Need to know the breakdown. Some of it might be the state doc fee or whatever DE calls its sales/use tax for vehicles

The acquisition fee is not listed on that breakdown anywhere, so don’t know what it is.

The mileage adjustment is part of the rv adjustment from 15k to 12k and is set by the bank. It is what it is.

Does not look like a good deal. Discounts are available on these. If you are going to buyout then a 10k lease is fine as well.
