Ratatouille part 2 in the makes .
On a serious note, this is crazy.

This is only a problem if you already have mice or rats in or around your home.

Had this happen to me on my 15 Regal. Partially chewed through the pigtail at the alternator. I don’t know if it happened at work or home, but it was a one time occurrence. It threw intermittent charging system messages on the DIC, and was an 800 repair. Comp insurance picked up the tab.

Not necessarily, it happened to me while my BMW was parked at the airport for a few days. When I returned from my trip, the outside temperature gauge was showing -20 while it was 50 degrees out. It cost me $200 to get it fixed.

It takes less than 10 minutes to disassemble, rewire and put back together an R8? That’s impressive!

Few days ago my neighbour told me that he had problems with electricity because of a rat. He found out that something is not alright when the light in his house started to behave changeable. It was turning on by itself and stuff… So he needed some specialists and called skilled Charleston electricians who are known here. They checked the wiring box but didn’t find anything. It took almost all day to find the reason of light breakdown. Finally, they found a rat in basement and gnawed wire. Wasn’t really pleasant to the rat off but these electricians made everything work again.
