I am in NY and this is the current deal I have on the table. I do not currently have a BMW so could not get the Loyalty discount. Let me know what you guys think of this lease deal - see attached document.

Hard pass. Do you have loyalty? I believe it makes a massive difference this month.

I believe it’s 5k. Your selection of a high optioned vehicle and 15k is not doing you any favors as well. That said a min of 10% off before rebates should be obtainable. Think about reaching out to a few brokers on here as they should be able to easily beat this.
Any you can reccomend?
I would look for a heavily discounted 2024 or 2025 demo.

They have a few inbound 740s, but depending on what you want, I can probably get you into a 760 for this price. Not having loyalty really kills the deals on these. Do you have corporate?
You’d be better off taking a BMW lease transfer with sub 12 months left and then using loyalty going forward
