I couldn’t get them to take off the window etch for $200. My approval came in at tier 6 with a credit score of 680 through experian. They said it was 716 with transunion but couldn’t use it because NJ uses experian. I paid separately for the tire and wheel package at cost which was $475.
Just want to see how I did I don’t want to hear no comparisons for a c300, q50, 330i or anything else this site likes to compare deals too. I’m from NY and those cars are everywhere and I don’t like them.
Like i explained in the post I WANTED THE HONDA. Its what I like I have seen everything in the trophy garage and in this price range I didn’t want any of them. I don’t want loaners either.
So what’s the issue then if you wanted the Accord and didn’t want any other car? Nobody is going to tell you that you hacked this car or that you got an amazing deal. A solid deal is typically under the 1% rule which you’re over. Tier 6 credit isn’t going to do many favors for a hacker deal so if you’re happy then be happy.
Also remember his credit is mediocre so it limits him, those deals require better credit. I would have looked at the lexus ES for that money. Though the Honda does have nice tech inside, the fit and finish of the materials can be hit or miss, lots of things that don’t seem to line up correctly. Getting Honda Sensing standard is a good deal.
you broke the 1%/MSRP rule…in all seriousness - why would you like to double doubt your decision - if it looks good and it feels right - take it home tonight. You didnt list the moneyfactor /RV - Accord can’t be 50% residual - so something fishy happened.
I just got a Touring 1.5 for $370 with just DMV and first month on Long Island. I know its not that great of a deal but I don’t have VPP nor did I want MSDs, One Pays, or a stripper car so I’m happy with my deal.
I drive pretty locally so the power wasn’t a huge need for me and would rather have the slightly better fuel economy, I just wish the car had smaller tires.
That’s all people do on this forum. Compare to the q50 lux … news flash that shit is wack. C300 … umm also wack 3 series … super wack. I’m no badge whore and i’m also not driving a loaner because every time I had one I beat the crap out of it. I have had a multitude of luxury cars and I’m working on being better with money. I wanted something under $400 a month that I liked not something everyone else was getting because it finally had good numbers. Some people will understand some wont.
