Have anyone facing issues with accessing “Rate Findr” after becoming super supporter?
I paid and become super supporter few weeks ago and cancelled “recurring payment” since I wanted to use the features only for a month. but from day-1 I’m unable to “access rate findr” - every time i click that button/link - it opens in separate window and takes me the general information page about “rate findr”
(Rate Findr - Find the best lease and finance offers | Leasehackr) and goes in circles.
I have sent in-app messages and emails to the given email but no response for weeks now. Hence writing in this form/thread. (Leasehackr webadmins/tech support/billing team if you see this, please respond)
checking anyone here been through this? appreciate your help, as I’m seriously shopping for a lease and badly want to use the “rate findr” to find & close my deal. Any help & guidance much appreciated.
