How long does it usually take for the Rate Finder feature to activate after making a donation? I’ve already cleared my cache and tried both Chrome and Firefox, but I’m still being redirected to the donation page—or the Rate Finder tool isn’t functioning properly within the calculator.
Pretty sure it’s available to Super Supporters! Maybe see if their is a way to upgrade your membership to Super for a month?
Conversely the Edmunds forum should also have the info for free, just have to request it in the correct area and await the response.
Looks like you signed up as a Supporter instead of Super Supporter, which is required for Rate Findr access. You can change your membership via our Member Portal.
