Is there still any dealer that does not require deposit

Is dealer for this going to ask to sign to keep vehicle in name for 6 months?

Curious about this as well… or refundable deposit?

Chapman, no deposit 11% under msrp

Gupton confirmed I have sold order protection. Same as 4XE

Quoted from forum, Tom at Chapman,

"Price Protection update…just so everyone knows how it worked in the past…Stellantis/FCA would invoice us for the new pricing…at that point we would make a claim with proof buyers order to Stellantis/FCA & they would reimburse us the difference…no biggie, we do the leg work to recoup the money…this was also confirmed by my rep back in August but he is retiring in 10 days…

as of right now, Stellantis/FCA declines the claim…their email from earlier this month: “I apologize for the extended delay here, this is an unusual and complex problem that is requiring manual review of every individual order nationally. We are waiting on this to be completed before next steps can be taken. If you want to send me your list of VIN’s I’m happy to see if they can be isolated and reviewed.” I then sent them 14 vins of vehicles inbound or scheduled…followed up 3x & received this response “Received and passing onto the brand for review.”…I also confirmed with Zach, he also has not been paid the full $2245 for L2 difference on any L2 order…

FYI…between 12/1 & 12/15 we placed 27 TRX orders all with & without L1, HK, or Roof…no L2, no graphics, no running boards, no advance, no bed utility…they all have estimated ships in January.”

Seems to be a issue going on with price protection and resolution in the works :man_shrugging:

Oh, BTW, those orange ones? $110k-$120k at Manheim. Most on the higher end of that spectrum.

I figured they would do well. I’m still kicking myself for not jumping on that at the time.ha

Just placed an order for 25 orange rustoleum cans

What are standard ones going for?

Lowest number is $86k. Three down there. Then we have five between $90k-$95k, five between 95-100, one at 103, a couple at 109-110, then the orange ones above that.

Since I’m not privy to equipment levels, we could probably safely assume the sub-90s are base models, the low 90s are L1s and the high 90s are L2s, with a couple of high outliers that are likely fully loaded L2++.
