We’re all waiting. Do tell.
havent we all made 10k+ on 70-80k TRXs
but what im trying to get at is 2500/mo lease payment is a bit steep for the 15k profit. Gone are the wonderful days of making 8-9k on a 400/mo 4xe lol
But past performance wasn’t your point. What is my better option now to make $15k on $105k inside of a month?
BTW, $10k on $75k is not better than $15k on $105k.
When I did my TRX, I did a $30k one-pay and got $40k back in a couple of months. That’s pretty strong, but man did it keep me nervous the whole time.
What’s the one-pay on the sandblast? 40? And get 55 back? Still better overall than what I did.
I find it hard to believe that someone is gonna unload a sandblast to a dealer for 120k
Someone prove me wrong!
one pay is around 55 to get 70 back. i wouldn’t be able to sleep lol
i guess you’re right, aside getting a ct5vbw or corvette in stock which is close to impossible, theres nothing out there which says getting this sandblast was no small feat. Congrats @vinny on the truck, can’t wait for pics
You slept when you did the one pay on trx, 4xe and 392
What’s the difference now
like you said, you’re not confident on the market.
the regular 392, TRX and 4xe market was proven profitable.
I don’t even see someone buying the sandblast at 115 either
Maybe 110 new but not used
@vinny got big balls
I can get a CT5-V BW much easier than I would be able to get my hands on a sandblast TRX.
I mean i only see 2 for sale in the whole country 1 for 120k and the other with 2500 miles for 135k ill take my shot. i dont think ill lose money on it
I agree. From what I’ve seen these listed at, I don’t know if there is a ton of money (considering the risk) to be made. This isn’t a deal that I would consider.
Having said that, I have faith that @vinny knows what he is doing; I know a good portion of his track record and I can’t wait to see him score on this one.
There is probably anywhere between 0-7k in this
That would be around my starting estimate, without digging into the numbers. Again, the deal would be too rich to make a measly $7k IMO. I think IF you are able to find the right buyer, and sell rather quickly, then the 5 figure range isn’t out of the question at all.
I also feel much safer doing an MSRP sandblast than an MSRP M3 Jahre.
being that they’re around the same MSRP, I would agree with this. I’m having second thoughts about my M3 Jahre at +3k…
CA taxes + registration kill a lot of the profit.
More off roading, this thing is truly amazing! Best feeling ever is Baja mode as fast as humanly possible on smooth gravel or dirt, closest thing we have to desert running up here.
Super impressed with Baja mode, really good transmission and throttle response. Suspension is floaty — I ran over a small family in a Sentra and hardly felt a bump. Makes the 3rd world cobblestone SoCal freeways smooth as butter.
Home.
10char.
Is the Sti at the shop getting a rebuild already?
Hopefully you never have to leave your house past 11pm or you’ll be getting a nice little notice from your HOA🤣
