QX 80 lease maturing

Hello all! I’ve used this site with great success in the past, but I am scratching my head trying to find a new lease. I’m located in Pennsylvania and I have a QX 80 lease maturing in two months. I’m looking for similar options in the 8-900 dollar a month range… I’m not interested in doing MSD’s and would prefer first month payment and fees due at signing….any suggestions for something in this range? It seems like the QX 80’s are leasing terrible right now. My 80 was 815 a month with 1500 due at signing….cant find anything close to that right now!

a qx80 won’t line up without msd at that price target. the 25s are just about gone and the 26s are going to be significantly higher.

Did you check ads? - sorry I missed you don’t want to put out MSDs. I used all MSDs. I leased a 100+k QX80 a few weeks ago for almost your range without money down. Check this thread from https://forum.leasehackr.com/t/gcauto-infiniti-south-12-off-qx50-qx55-qx60-qx80-qx60-398-tax-qx80-708-tax-ttl-msd/603936/6:

Has anything else in life gone down in price or stayed the same in the last 3 years?

Infiniti has the best MSD program. You’re better off doing some or all MSD with otherwise zero DAS

The body on frame SUV market is the worst for leases. The only way to really save money would be to own for a longer time period or move to a unibody for leases.

Perhaps I overlooked the benefit of doing multiple MSD’s and the more I think about it it’s essentially just money out of your pocket that you’ll get back.

Can you send me your phone number? I’ll shoot you a text and maybe we could look at some possibilities?

Given that you have 2 payments remaining, and you likely won’t be eating them, and i definitely won’t be eating them, i’m not sure how much there is to do here at this time.

Sounds good. You don’t have to eat anything. Just thought you would be interested in running some numbers. Buying it out and giving it to my wife was also an option. I could then go into a new lease at any time free and clean. Thanks for your time.

There are lots of data points/dealers/brokers on here that deal in Infiniti.

Agreed…..I leased two from one broker and sent him countless other referrals that ended up being sales. Just trying to figure out what vehicles are in that range and what my options are….. who knows maybe towards the end of the month a dealer wants to move some inventory and gives me a smoking deal…..

If you’re wanting a body on frame SUV the QX80 is probably still the best deal out there. Even though it’s not going to be the same type of deal you got on your previous one. I leased one in March of '23, Premium Select trim for $575/month 18 month lease. No way I can replicate that now.

Don’t go underwater. Run the numbers first.

The buyout number on mine last Sept. was way more than what I would pay if I just went to the Infiniti dealer and bought a similar CPO.

Any other full size luxury SUV’s in this price range? Even if it’s slightly more…..

MSDs reduce your MF…go to the Wiki or Google or AI and spend some time learning how to put together and calculate target lease payments.

I’m well aware of what MSD‘s do and have been leasing for decades… Far from a newbie here was just looking for some suggestions.

You are well aware of what they do?!

So, you are not a newbie, then post a calc and you should easily see what they do…typically ROI on MSD’s are very very good.

PS, just because you have leased before doesn’t mean you know what you are doing…I would say if you don’t know the negotiables and can’t put a spreadsheet together or use the calc here you don’t really know how to lease…at all.

What is your target payment/DAS when you ‘run’ the numbers? Post a link to your LH calc.

Would love to be in the mid 9’s with first payment and fees due at signing….base trim QX 80. Since you know so much, let me know how you can help.

Your target payment/DAS needs to be based in reality with an expected discount off MSRP, any incentives/rebates you qualify for and base MF for your term. Learn how to use and play with the calc here…it is easy and powerful. There is a guide in the Wiki.

You can find all info yourself to plug into the calc here in the Marketplace, with Super Supporter status, or at Edmunds lease forums.

I’m more a ‘get people to learn themselves’ than do it for them…
