I leased an RX350 in June 2022, and we completed the second service today at 10,000 miles. The dealer informed me that the next service is after 5000 miles, and you will have to pay, and this is not included. Is this normal? I previously leased a BMW, and all maintenance was included. Could you please advise?
This is correct. Lexus maintenance isn’t complimentary like BMW.

Only the 5K and 10K services are included with Lexus. The 15K service is basically a tire rotation and fluid check so it should not be very expensive.
BMW now no longer covers most services, just an annual oil change AFAIK.
I would take Lexus to Toyota shop to save some $$. BMW has free service for 3 year/36K I think.
