Questions on 2017 BMW 330i xDrive Lease

Hello- I’m relatively new to this. I found a 2017 BMW Loaner that I was interested in and have been going back and forth with the dealership on it. Here’s the stats.

2017 BMW 330i xDrive
MSRP: $50,450
Selling Price: $41,950
Doc Fee: $75
Acquisition Fee: $925
Money Factor: .00182
Rebates: $3000
Residual: 0.6
Due On Delivery: $3052.62 (Covers all taxes + fees- I’ve asked for a breakdown on where this is all going)
Payment: $389.94

Dealership is in NY. 12k/year for 3 years.
If I forgot anything let me know! Sorry I’m new to this.

Money factor is inflated. Buy rate is .00152. How many miles on it? That will reduce the residual by $0.25/mile over 500.

That’s an effective 475/mo payment. I’d keep looking.

Thank you for the input! What would be a normal money factor for something like this?

Right around 4000 miles.

Buy rate is .00152 (3.648%). They inflated it to .00182 (4.368)

Gotcha- My apologies, I misunderstood the term buy rate. I’m going to have to do a little more research it appears.

Thank you again for your input.

If you’re willing to travel to DC, this one could be had in the low 300s. @E46M3 works there. He’s a good guy.

Or, see if your dealer will come down more on his to get closer to this.

Ooh. Thank you so much for linking this to me and providing me with a reference.

This vehicle is very similar and I wouldn’t mind taking a trip down to Maryland but I don’t know how I feel about the red interior. Regardless, thank you very much for telling me about it and for all your help.

I may link the dealer this and see what he can do. Thank you!

Sorry, scratch that. Passport includes their incentive in their sales price. I forgot to take that out of my calculator. That’s going to be around 400/mo on a 36. Still cheaper than you were offered in NY and not terrible for a 50k car, but not fantastic either. They may be able to work with you on another one though.

Not a good deal. MF is inflated as people are saying. If the discount includes the $3000 incentive, I think you can get the selling price closer to $40000. Payment in the $370 range with 1st month out of pocket? My car was $51235 with 3385 miles. Had $5000 in incentives. $333 per month with $333 down on 36/10k end of year. Had transported for $375 to make payment approximately $343. Hope this helps!

I believe that $41,500 sale price is before the incentive. What are you saying it should be before the rebate?

Sounds like you had a great deal. This makes me want to keep looking.

I apologize if I’m asking too many newbie questions- it’s been a bit overwhelming since I started to look at these. Thank you for answering. It definitely helps!

And @mp11477- thank you, I’m going to take a look at their site.

Are you eligible for loyalty? I’d push for buy rate, no chance I’d pay the mark up.

I can get you buy rate at PassportBMW.

I was able to get over 10K off before Grad incentive for my friend on a new 2018 with MSRP 52.7K in November so numbers and incentives have changed but send me a PM if you want the dealer and salesperson. They are quite new so I guess they are more willing to make a deal. They are a NY dealer.
