Question on offer for a 2018 C300 4Matic Loaner Lease

Hello,

I’ve been searching for a Genesis G70, but the leases sucked and recently my vehicle got totaled so need a new car soon-ish(shopping the lease this time). I came upon an offer:

Calculator

2018 Mercedes Benz C300 4Matic
MSRP: $51,340
Sell Price: 37,999
Miles: 5,047
MF: 0.00028
DAS: Only docs and fees
Acquisition: $1200 (I feel is a bit high)
Residual: 50%

15k Monthly: $429 (includes tax)

Haven’t asked about 39 months, but if 39, according to the calculator it would drop to $398

Is this leasehackr decent or is there room for improvement?
I feel they should be more aggressive considering they won’t be able to lease past this month but I also don’t want to miss out

UPDATE:
Apparently I didn’t qualify for tier 0 so it got bumped up and consequently my monthly went up to $485 and final DAS was $1500. Everything includes maintance and tax.

So at the end of the day
15k/36M
$485/m including taxes
$1500 DAS (they rolled in about $200 in fees for some reason)
MF: Doesn’t really say it on the lease contract??

For my first lease I don’t think I did terrible. Thoughts?

Acquisition should be $795 (at least it is here in NJ)

Also, your discount is pretty good. Mercedes offered me $6,725 off MSRP for a loaner (which I think is horrible considering mileage).

I’ll ask if it can be lowered and add maintenance see what they say, thanks!
