I was looking for best deal possible and got ES 350 F-sport model’s RV is 59% for 36/7500miles term and MF is 0.00001 with four zeros and $3,000 Fsport model incentive. So I am kinda focusing on that model right now.
Here in NJ, stock ES 350 F sport model’s MSRP range is about $52,XXX~$51,5XX.
Below is my calculation based on price I just got from dealership.
With all those numbers I could easily get under $500 monthly payment with $0 down.
But dealership mailed me “$511.94 a month with only $1911.91 due at signing”
Am I missing some factors in my calculation? or it’s the dealer?
How do you guys negotiate MF and RV? Do dealers usually calculate their deal with the same MF and RV that I got from Edmunds?
==================revised RV 59%-> 54%==============
I got actual deals from a dealer today. Wrote down below
Chances are when you’re talking about sales price with them, you’re talking about pre-incentives and they’re talking about post incentives. You’re about $3000 off between your calculator and their numbers. Conveniently the same amount as the Fsport model incentive.
RV isn’t negotiable. MF has a base rate set by the bank, but they can mark it up. I negotiate it by knowing what it should be and saying no if they try to mark it up.

Thank you! This will give me confidence on negotiation.
I will try to negotiate sales price up to 10% off MSRP pre-incentives. Do you think I’m in reasonable range?
