Question About Selling to Vroom

I’m looking to sell my leased vehicle to Vroom, and I have a question for anyone who’s sold to them before. How do they handle final appraisal / valuation of the vehicle? Will they inspect before taking delivery? Or will there be some final inspection after they’ve received the car?

I ask because the price quoted on the appraisal is a little higher than I was expecting, and I’m worried they’ll revise it down after they note some curb rash on two of the wheels. I’d like to avoid thinking I’m getting a bit of equity out of the car, then find out later I owe my leasing company a bunch of money because Vroom now feels the car is worth less than the online appraisal. If there’s a point-of-transfer inspection and the offer is final then, I’d be a lot more comfortable.

Thanks for any info!
