I signed a lease for a new BMW X3 30 on Saturday and all the dollar numbers are correct. However, upon reviewing the lease today, I noticed the signed contract says its 6 cylinders. The BMW X3 30 I leased is 4 cylinders (to my knowledge). The car is now in my driveway. Did the dealer commit any kind of fraud by doing this or is the typographical error in the contract ok?
sounds typographical to me. Does the vin on the contract match the vin on the vehicle?

I didn’t think a BMWFS contract would list the engine. Usually just the model.

there is a section on the contract that says cylinders and typed in next to it is the # 6
It’s definitely not fraud
But I wouldn’t worry about it
Whomever enters the vehicles into inventory likely just uses a generic card - it’s not something to worry about.
I would 100% go back after a few days and say look man I bought a six cylinder, you only gave me four. 40i engine ftw
