Problem getting MSDs back

I recently purchased my Acura lease and never got my MSDs returned. I keep getting the run around. Honda finance (who I financed the lease through) said they would have been lumped into the purchase price of the car but I have my paperwork showing purchase price at the end of my lease and that is what I paid for it.
Then they said I need to go to the dealership. They say you go through financing.

Either way, I’m getting a run around.
When you purchase your lease do you not get the MSDs back? Who should actually be cutting the check?

Are you sure you paid MSDs and not a down payment? Acura/Honda doesn’t offer MSDs,

Absolutely. No down payment and I showed all of that on my paperwork. They were clearly MSDs.

I think when you make the purchase, the payment should be price - MSD. Is it not the case?

If you are buying directly from captive bank, that is the usual way it works.

The manufacturer’s finance company that facilitates the lease.
