Money down (cap cost reduction) and money due at sale (sum of cap cost reduction, non-capitalized fees, and first month’s payment) are different things.

Just negotiate your own deals. These deals are for people who are ok leaving a few points on the table in exchange for doing zero labor. I’m sure at fulfillment you can paper sign and drive too.

I’d love to do this with my 4-5k off 4Runners, tacos, Highlanders and tundras but I don’t get paid out by the dealer. If you guys figure out a way to allow me to collect my fee as a deposit on the car that would be awesome.
