I have one of these 12m/15k used Panamera leases ending in a couple of months. I like the car and thinking of keeping it.
Does anyone know if Porsche negotiates lease end buyout?

Return it and follow it see if worth buying. Likely won’t be vs other preowned ones available. You can always negotiate once they relist it
