I’ve been searching high and low but I can’t find any information on how PFS’s CPO leasing programs work. So many questions, like are the incentives and MF the same as a new car? How is the residual calculated? If anyone could point me to a resource where I could learn I would really appreciate it.

There are no incentives on CPO leases. Buy rate MF is 0.00200(CURRENTLY). (same as a new car) (Expect dealers to bump this rate because service loaners are usually sold at a loss.)
The residual value depends on the current mileage, mileage on the new lease, and year of the car. (not equipment or MSRP of the car) (Not a percentage off the MSRP or sale price of the car)
Find:
the lowest listed price on a car with the equipment that you need.
