I have never leased a used car before, I am looking to lease a CPO Cayenne.
What type of discount should I look for? Is there a sweet spot for length and mileage?
Any help would be great!

Go to porsche inventory site and look for discounted units. Catch here is to find a loaded sticker and low sell price. What trim you seek? 39months is the sweet spot for 2024s base cayenne. Just understand the interest is over 8% on these leases.
This is what they sent me, I think it’s is crazy for a used Porsche, but what do I know?
Go to Wiki here to learn how to lease or search and find out how a lease payment comes together…play with a lease calc or create your own spreadsheet to learn.
What’s the MSRP? Because if that cayenne is bare bones then $89k sell price will get you nowhere. See what brokers are offering.
The Porsche CPO matrix is ridiculously complicated and each car is different. This first penstroke is clear evidence you are out of your depth and should probably just work with a broker
I don’t have my figures in front of me but that seems really high. Look for a CPO that’s 2-3 years old sitting on the lot. I just leased a ‘22 Cayenne Platinum. It had 50k miles on it but you would’ve never known it by looking at it. MSRP was $115k. My lease payment with tax is $673. 24/10k first payment was all that was DAS. It has 2 year warranty on it with Porsche. Zero deductible and 24 months roadside service too. Some may disagree but to jump in a $60k CPO for only first months payment, have a warranty, and get my foot in the door with Porsche Financial I think it was a decent deal.
