We can’t help you if you don’t know what the cap cost is. Are they selling it to you at MSRP?
erea:
customer cash:$5000.00
Is this the amount due at signing? If yes, what does it cover?
erea:
Approx. Payment:$1466
That’s pricey but I will let others chime in.

Sure we can. It’s $57k for three years in a $97k car. A bad deal even if it’s 15% under MSRP. Can it be made better? Most likely, but not good enough to be worth leasing over buying.

Really good to know. So I should just buy cash given the lease terms?
if you want the car, buy it in cash, yes.
Only other thing I’d add is if you can wait a year you’ll likely save money. Depends how much getting a car this month is a want vs a need.
Porsche is almost always a buy not lease. I’d finance though, rates are so low why tie up all that money?

Porsche is for sure a buy rather than a lease. This is an expensive deal.
