Leasehackr calculator shows $792/mo - delaership wants $875/mo.
Possibility of one-pay lease drops MF by 0.00021.

Also, the tax is wrong - your 8% is based on the total lease cost, not the sales price
Hard pass. You can get a much more desirable EV (Porsche, Audi, BMW, etc) for a similar price or save a ton by going Acura/Lexus/Cadillac.
Conquest for BMW not loyalty, right?
If PS goes BK 39 months may seem very long if service/warranty affected…like Max said I’d go elsewhere!
