Polestar 2 with $10k incentive+$2k Costco: Any MSRP off from the listed peice

Couple of questions:

  1. Is there any MSRP off negotiating with Polestar (not the $10k published rebate) or Polestar is a fixed pricing like Tesla?

Has anyone had success doing it with May’s $10k promotion?

On the marketplace, I see around 7% discounts on MSRP but not while looking through the order directly online on the website. I understand they wouldn’t offer it online but want to know if that’s a factor.

  1. Texas specific - Does Polestar offer tax rebate in Texas? I saw one post saying it but want to validate it if anyone had a success with it.

  2. Does Polestar do one-pay lease? I think they do MSDs but one-pay is better bang for buck.
