Good question. Most dealers in New England are right around $599 or so. I am intentionally covering my butt by building in a couple hundred more for tag service costs in case it goes outside of New England.
For example, I think plate fees in NJ are right around $396 now. But since there are no temp tags in MA, they have to pay a runner service a couple hundred dollars to go to the registry.
Before anyone pays me anything, I get formal numbers from the dealership based on their zip. The goal is to ensure the calculator is not coming in lower than the actuals. Iâd rather it be slightly higher in the calculator and lower once we finalize. People are happier that way and thereâs less chance of the deal falling through.

Same. I try to build these usually known costs into the DAS when quoting OOS all the same.
Thatâs an insane deal on that 50i btw. All I have are â20 but even â19 we werenât going that crazy on.
