FYI you can structure any lease deal to have as little ($0) or as much (one-pay) as you want.

True, but I failed to mention that I’m trying to keep my payment as close to what I’m currently paying as well. (Pretty sure it will have to increase, unless I was in SoCal or NY, which are the only places I’ve seen anything close to what I’m looking for.)

Negative Equity Lease

I currently have a 14 335i M sport that is worth somewhere around 20k. I bought the warranty and did too long of financing and unfortunately I owe close to 27k.

Im looking to lease something bigger, preferably an x4 m sport and get the payment for ~600 month and then add the negative equity on top of that ~30 per $1000 so maybe end up right under 800 with just drive offs down.

Anyone in SoCal BMW that can help me with this?

I have loyalty and recent college grad.

Hi, my Audi lease is ending in 2 months so I’m looking for something new. I’m open to a new lease/demo/used or a private lease transfer. I have Tier 1 credit, and have leased and done many lease transfers, so approval will not be a problem.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

Payments under $350/month (preferably lower) (whether this is the real payment or accomplished through incentives or whatever doesn’t matter) with little/nothing up front. I’ve read here about MSD, so something like that that is refundable up front is fine.

*German car - a coupe or sedan preferably but a small crossover suv may be ok. A3, C300, etc.

Preferably a 3+ year term but I’m open to anything more than a year
I don’t drive much so 10k a year is fine, or less.
I’m in DC and am willing to travel to get the car - NE/SE are ok, or Midwest if it’s within a 6 hour drive or so. (Or if you can bring/ship the car, anywhere is fine)
no special specs needed except automatic transmission
