I have a trade-in 2021 BMW X5 x40i, 53k miles, payoff $43k to bmw financial.

I’ve been searching for a black, grey or green 550 or g63 with the blackout package. Found a few G63’s but they want 40k over MSRP. Anyone have any advice here? Would prefer a nicely optioned 550, but would consider a 63 if it made sense.

I’m in south Florida prices are crazy.

Thanks in advance.

Have you reached out to brokers in the Marketplace ?

I’ve tried a few with no luck. Had someone reach out from this post so that was cool. Will definitely call them tomorrow.

It took so much to finally decide to go buy one, then to find out how hard it was to actually get one was very frustrating.

Yeah, G63 is still selling for over MSRP… this used 2023 one (sweet paint job) just sold in North Palm Beach for $199k after being dealer traded from Germantown, MD. Two dealers making profit on this one haha.

The original MSRP was like $190k.

Yeah 2025 finally got the tech upgrades. 550’s are so hard to find, but seem to be going for msrp if you can find it.

IMO the older steering wheel (with the physical scroll wheel volume) is 100x better than the terrible touch one with the piano black.

I wonder what’s the deal with this G550 near Tampa. It’s the murdered out look… probably needs some monoblocks. Red seats are probably killing interest in it.

Original MSRP $163k, now listing $130k with fairly low miles and good service history record. Has AMG Line, Night Package, Carbon Fiber, Massaging Seats, and the interior surface upgrade (but not MANUFAKTUR).

Wisconsin.

Sure. New here. Will keep that in mind.

budget? there’s a handful of people on Hummer fb groups looking to transfer out of $800/mo leases

I am looking for a one pay lease deal for 24 months for a family member. They have a pretty strict budget for only 7k one pay. I was trying to give them options on what I potentially could get as all I could think about was an ioniq 5, Acura ZDX, equinox ev (easily can get one for 6k), and maybe an Audi q4 (got one 0 down 310 a month). He would love to get an i4 tried to work one out on a loaner one, but it is too tough with his strict budget. Does anyone have any recommendations on certain cars that might work for this situation? In the nor Cal area. Thank you

X5 leases are terrible compared to the net cost of ownership

Yes, the fun part is I’m in the city of Chicago where taxes suck. I know, I know…

At least you know about the tax. Every time I try to explain it to someone, he or she is confused, or the person never answers me!
