I saw that. They lease horribly due to the fact that they are new. I am coming from a 2021 PacHy - it has 11k in lease incentives. Looking to lease not buy since I don’t qualify for the EV rebate otherwise.
If no good deals on the PacHy will wait for a couple of months for the Kia dealers to build inventory before checking it out
The Pacifica discounts will probably start soon, Stellantis is hurting for sales right now since they ‘slowed down’ incentives for the last few months.

I know the month just started so programs are in flux right now, but I’m hoping to find a broker who can help me with a 36/39-mo/7500 mile BMW i4 M50 lease in the Seattle WA area (98027 zip code). No trade in or anything, and I can arrange my own shipping if necessary.
I am looking for a fully loaded M50. Ideally everything except Cooling & H. P. Tire package (don’t want 20" tires on an EV). If needs be I’m okay with ordering custom 2025 for the LCI model, but a 2024 model that checks most of the boxes and gets here sooner is great.
Must haves are ZPP, ZDY, and ZPK. I’d love to have ZHO, 4HA, 71C, and 6DR, but I can live without if needs be. For a 2024 model, I’d also love to have 5AZ and 6PA. I need all-season tires if possible, and my preference there is 3FN.
Color wise, Dravit Grey on Black Vernasca w/Red Highlight is my preference, but I am flexible with most colors; I don’t like black exterior or light interiors (like Oyster or Canberra Beige). I’d prefer the Carbon Fiber interior trim.
