I’ve seen Limited at ~20% off MSRP with all incents, but TX taxes make them unattractive IMO. Found 2 dealers that were ok w/MT LLC, but they wouldn’t discount much. Didn’t find any that would pass sales tax credits to lessee.

I’m in Colorado (Denver) area. Looking to lease a truck either gmc Sierra 1500, Toyota Tundra, even open to jeep gladiator with max towing. What are some realistic prices for these trucks? So far the deals I have received from dealerships seem insanely priced. I saw a lease for a jeep gladiator at 836 a month😳. I have some time to find the vehicle looking to be in a new car around June. Any help or brokers to use would be appreciated!

Moderators, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I didn’t know where to put it.
Can brokers only make deals on cars that are on lots? I have a '21 Volvo XC60 T6 Inscription coming off lease in September. Volvo is willing to waive up to six payments if I lease a new Volvo. I’m in no rush, but I want an XC60 Recharge Ultimate T8 with air suspension, so I know if I wait until the last minute there may be no availability. The car will be registered in NY, but I can travel to the NY Metro Area and also Central Florida.
Any help would be appreciated.
