Have you done any market research to come to this figure? If you don’t have loyalty especially, there is no world in which you get a new 330i (and especially not a 330e) for 550 + tax with 1500 due at signing on a 15k mile lease, even for a bare one with 0 options.
If you’re willing to pay a few extra thousand in junk fees up front, maybe.

Out of curiosity I did some calculations for you. Even on an absolute base model Camry LE hybrid, MSRP $29750 (which is non-existent) you would still need around $4500-5000 discount to get to your desired price.
The moment he said +JunkFees I knew his pricing was not reasonable. Must be using 2019 pricing.
Can’t remember when it ever made sense to lease these cars over financing them.

8% discount and buy rate should get you there with about $1500 due at signing. Idk what you’ll qualify for with that credit score though.
