Excited for you. I just started looking at deals for the X3 and X5. From what I have seen so far this looks better than some leasing deals in my area (NC).
Discount seems a little light. Push for 10-11% off and drop the window tint. You can get that done elsewhere for less if needed. There are several similar deals advertised in the Deals section for comparison. You are at a disadvantage with having to pay taxes upfront though.
Every “deal” on any X5 is God awful, there isn’t one I would accept for even $200 a month less than the figures being quoted. Seems like the deals are getting worse by the week.
X3 might be more your speed then, buddy.
Not all lease programs are created equal. The X5’s is pretty bad. BMW puts their money towards subsidized APR instead.
Finance the X5 or lease something else with better lease programs such as Mercedes, Infiniti, Genesis, etc.
Ended up buying 2026 x3 msport 50i instead of leasing, love it!
There’s too much fragmentation between BMW’s at the moment, the X3 is too small and already looks dated. The current design language of BMW makes previous models look very old. The prices currently do not reflect these facts.
Consider the MSRP difference between similarly equipped X5 G05 from 2019 (first year model) and 2026 (last).
The current lease pricing pretty much tracks right along with it, if not just a bit more generous. Inflation sucks, don’t it?
