New here. I was pretty excited about my deal but think I can do better based on what some of you achieved. Any advice on how I can improve my deal/where to bring it down in price?

Another question-
I am currently in a benz lease. My last payment is due first week of january, and then I have the disposition fee. This essentially wipes out my conquest $$$. Is it worth waiting until my lease ends first week of February? Or is there any way I can make this deal worth signing before the end of the year?
