The sheet you attached doesn’t even match the numbers you have? Is it the base MF? Are you using MSD?
Why not get the numbers before you get there? This doesn’t seem that special to begin with.
13% off for a loaner with 5K miles is not that spectacular.
I would get all of the numbers and post them here before signing.
I know this dealer and have leased from them before. They have always extended to me the buy rate MF without markup. The discount is a little low for a loaner, but mostly, the GLB series lease program is just poor without MSDs and there are no incentives. If you are committed to this car, and you won’t use MSDs, this is probably a reasonable deal. (.00128 MF)
Keep in mind with the $818, all they are doing is financing this back into the lease, so effectively you are paying $818 more for the vehicle. FWIW You could get into a GLC for about the same payment since it has a better program and more incentves.
What’s the point of giving them $1500 then having them cut you a check for $800? Just do $0 DAS or just first payment and deal with your old lease on your own. If you’re under miles, just keep driving your current car and try to find a better deal, no need to rush.
Do you qualify for Fleet or Loyalty? Have you looking into the Penfed Bonus Cash program for Mercedes? For GLC, it will work out cheaper if you can qualify for the extra $1500 incentives not offered on GLB. My one point of complaint w/ MB Flemington, is if you dont ASK them for the rebates they do not lead with them.
Here is a good reference deal for a GLC under $500;
That was weird
