What does screening even mean? You can be contagious and not show any symptoms. Denver was never on the list for screening and the last London flight came in on Monday.

I was on vacation from NYC in Cali a couple of months ago and I made it my business to drive down the PCH from SF to Santa Barbara.
I am so freakinā jealous of anyone who gets to drive those awesome California roads on a regular basis.

The drive north from LA to Santa Barbara is pretty incredible too. Parts of the drive between San Diego and Orange County arenāt bad either.
I might have to log some miles this weekend, Iām getting serious cabin fever, and Iām used to working from home.

Actually the entire coast from N of San Fran to SD is incredibly gorgeous but nature wise, the central coast, Big Sur area is probably the prettiest.

But I find the effing overall youth view of people in their 40ās and 50ās as old to be preposterous. In the US we just donāt respect the wisdom that accumulates with age.
I am always intrigued by the way Spanish-speakers ask age. It is ācuantos aƱos tienes?ā Which means literally āhow many years do you have?ā It feels a lot more positive than āHow old are you?ā
Feels like the bigger answer in Latin culture actually gets more respect.

In the absence of quick tests, temperature checks. Surprising how many people have fevers and donāt know. In China & South Korea they are supposed to get immediately taken to fever clinics.
