Assistance in upgrading from PilotEX-l 2021 to 2024 in law. It’s been a while since they’ve been asking for an upgrade since I last helped them, but I have never seen any appealing rate until this month. They had two months left on the lease, but they were able to extend it for another six months. The car had 43K miles and about $1000 in body damage. The MMR for the car was about $26K, and I managed to sell it for $25K (Carmax’s offer was $22K due to damage and worn tires). They wanted 15K miles per year, which I would not agree to since I do not think they will return the lease. I bypassed the sales guy and spoke directly to the sales manager, and in less than two hours, they had a new car.

Looks like you used $3.6k in equity to get to your numbers.
Would probably be more accurate and helpful to others if you put $4.6k DAS in your title.
