PenFed Discount for EQS not accounted for in deal

Trying to work a deal for an EQS. When I am shown the contract should I see the $3,500 discount separately or will it just be baked into the deal. Dealer telling me it’s accounted for in the price, but I do not see the $3,500 discount. I do see the $7,500 EV discount. Thanks in advance.

Specify your location when asking for input on a deal! Tagging by state (e.g. CA, NJ, NY, usa-nationwide) is mandatory.

Please tag if your question involves a specialized topic (e.g. tax, insurance, legal, shipping, 3rd-party-buyout, lease-end-purchase, lease-transfer, etc.). You will reach experts faster that way. View all tags at FORUM | LEASEHACKR.

If you asked for a deal check, circle back after you have signed a deal – the community always loves to hear back! Submit your deal to SIGNED! (https://share.leasehackr.com).

If you do not see it as a separate line item, then it is not included in the deal. What pre-incentive discount are you getting on the car?

One approach would be to make the dealer an offer (monthly + due at signing) for your mileage terms, and taking into account Penfed. Let them figure out how they will get there.

EDIT: I updated your title with more info.

Its possible they swapped it for fleet, its the same value

I thought I read within the past 24 hours that another member noted that s/he got all of the discounts/incentives but the they weren’t all itemized.

If you put your target deal into the LH calculator and the payment is within a reasonably small margin of error, it doesn’t matter.

You have to be really certain you understand the numbers, of course.

They may be factoring it into the selling price.

Yea that’s what my dealer did. They added everything on the back end to give 32% off and I didn’t have to pay taxes on the rebates.
