I’m waiting for a callback from a supervisor on options, and if an exception is possible

highly doubt they will make an exception - and even if they do - you will still be liable for that lease. in any case good luck.

They only honored the exception because I had requested the transfer process back in December, otherwise it’s a hard no.

I didnt ask to be honest, just wanted to get my exception.

One of the supervisors mentioned that the team was let go. My observation now when they pickup the phone, they refer to “VW/Audi Financing”, whereas before it was just “Audi Financing”.

Seems like folks got impacted as a re-org and functional changes

Got lots of interest via SAL, now I finished I asked for a down-payment. All good, glad it all worked out to get to this point.
