The vehicle is in great condition. It has been kept exceptionally clean. Never smoked in. Equipped with Continental All-Season tires. These tires are the second set of tires and have about 12,000 miles on them. They will likely need replaced before the end of the lease. Pet free and garage kept. No accidents.
The side and rear windows have been tinted with SunTek Premium Carbon Film. 35% for the front and 18% tinting on the rear three windows. The front windscreen has not been tinted.
There is a small 1.5” scrape on the rear driver side panel and a small dent on the rear passenger wheel. These are both visible in the photos below. I have confirmed with my local BMW dealer these will not result in fees at the end of the lease.
