Paid-off lease to VW Credit. Do I need to visit BMV/DMV to sell to Carvana?

I received the title in the mail today. Do I need to register the vehicle or visit any DMV/BMV in order to sell to Carvana/Vroom/Carmax? Thank you!

Could be state-specific but around here (PA/NJ locations) Carvana needs a current registration

Carvana requires you to flip the title into your name, at least here in CA.
