It looks like the Pacifica plug in isn’t eligible for the FCA tread lightly 1% below invoice. I have been seeing around here that it was but dealer says no and documents confirm it. Have people been able to use it somehow?

Hybrid never qualified. Only the gas varient did.
There is a $750 rebate though

Yes, we need a car. Is is a difference of about $450, not end of the world.
