I got quoted $475/mo, including taxes, but not including reg, dealer doc for 36/15 and MSRP $56K by the dealer in GA. Is it possible they didn’t pass on the $7500 rebate in that quote? Trying to figure out why it is significantly different vs. @anon46843959 deal
p.s. if anyone knows of a good dealer to work with closer to the Philly area, that’d be super helpful!
His was 10k miles, 54.6k msrp and he has no state tax in NH.
yes but that doesn’t seem to make up for the difference? backing out sales tax (9%) gets me to $435. Does 15k/year vs. 10k/year and a $1500 diff in MSRP account for over $100/mo? (I legit don’t know… maybe it does!)
Yep! As more people join the frenzy it seems something could go wrong.
Just like with any other deal, you have to start with leasing 101. Paging @mllcb42
The discount alone does not tell enough of the story, you have to know what the dealer fees are, what other dealer adds there might be, what the money factor is, etc. etc.
He posted his calculator, just plug in your numbers and see how it works out. That dealer definitely gave you the 7500 rebate though. Looking again it appears he got a $600 NH rebate as well so you’ll want to remove that.
US bank allowed you to do temp hold on rates prior to jeep coming in. Meaning if you run credit last day of month you get temp hold for those rates 15 days into next month. Chrysler didn’t. Two words make me think this will continue for awhile; Bronco & Stellantis. Brings Cafe down and they can continue to build cash cows with srt going forward.
So 15k vs 10k results in an extra 3% of msrp that you’re paying; let’s call it $1500. Add in another $750ish in extra cost from the MSRP difference, and you’re knocking at the door of $2500 in extra out of pocket costs before any rent charge or taxes. Wouldn’t be too hard to get you close to $100/mo’s worth there, especially with higher dealer fees, etc. You’d want to work out the actual difference in the deals to see what’s going on, but you certainly not out of the realm of reality. If you didn’t get the $7500 rebate, you’d be looking at a $200/mo+ delta.
yes thanks for the reminder - I just checked the lease calculator - updated everything and got to $417 so there’s still a $60/mo difference but will communicate with dealer to get to the bottom of it (dealer rep didn’t provide MF or RV details)
yes you’er 100% right that the $7500 is in there. very helpful and thank you! still doesn’t quite compute (see post immediately prior - about a $60/mo diff) but this is helpful and I’ll try and get to the bottom of it with the dealer. more importantly - Anyone able to find a spot offering a similar deal in the northeast?
I sent GA dealer an email asking for the same deal with everything spelled out. He wrote back he can not provide a quote without a build, idk how MSRP is MSRP doesnt matter if I have 1 package or the next. Hope he doesn’t start playing games
New to all of this can somone explain to me what a wrangler 4xe is, what a rebate is, how can i get a “unicorn deal”
It’s very similar to your Camaro - close your eyes and move on!
This camaro is going to be very hard to get rid of honestly and i have had a few really good offers.
Quote from Mike “ Attached is your build and here’s pricing.
Invoice $50,303.00 X 6% =$3,018.00 sale price $47,285.00 requires an Affiliate control #. ***
Monthly including the 8.75% tax you mentioned but not including reg fees come to $329.00/mo”
I thought affiliate would get me a better discount than OP but it looks like it’s the exact same.
What is FWP?
Invoice price
Thats too much of a but😢
I would assume that’s Invoice and affiliate program is additional 6% off to bring to 47285
