Can you help me guys?
Is it a good deal?
2018 Audi A4 2.0T ultra Lease
Technology Value Package with Virtual Cockpit
Audi Care no charge scheduled maintenance included!
$306 per month for 36 months. 7500 miles per year. $2,995 due at signing.
MSRP: $40,825. Security deposit $0. Excludes tax. With approved credit. Dealer retains all incentives and rebates. $0.25 per mile over lease mileage limit.
Is the 2,995 a down payment or is it tax title and fees?

Down payment. Tax, title and fees not included
Excludes doc fee $599, bank aquisition fee $895, $500 Florida registration fee, and taxes
So basically it’s $384 plus tax title fees. You could try to get then to $0 down and $306 a month

I tried to talk with them in this afternoon, but I got a worse offer.
2k included everything, but $419/month
If somebody knows a better deal somewhere around north Florida let me know please.

Probably we will keep it for my wife.
That will be good 4 years/50000 miles
Why? That cheap the 2. and 3. maintenance?
Is the $2500 rebate specific to leasing only?

If you plan on keeping it after the lease is over, just buy it.

Yup. Waste of acq fee and any second time DMV fees… and the apr to finance a used car is much higher (rates will probably be even higher by then).

I leased a Tech Premium Plus for less at 39/10, but I’m in LA and we don’t have outrageous $599 doc fees. Also didn’t get AudiCare, which you honestly don’t need, it’s overpriced maintenance.
Yeah I think you’re right. The $2,500 in lease cash partially applied towards the drive-offs, which raised the sell price by the amount applied.
It looks roughly like this (calculator link is $2 off, so I’m missing something, or maybe by applying the rebates to the drive-offs and correspondingly increasing the sale price, that’s where that $2/month comes in?):
I rather not share dealer details out in the open, I just don’t really think it’s my place, but it was incredibly easy. Got some quo…

What’s “this area”? You have a substantial MSRP discount as is. You need to be looking at 39 months to start, though. That’s where Audi A4s lease best right now.

Why are you so hell bent on a good lease deal when you will “probably keep it for the wife?” No matter how good the deal is up front, you’re going to pay more in the end to finance the balance instead of just doing it from the get go.

Probs to do the lower payments on a 36 month lease and then finance the residual with a 72 month used car loan.

Ah…just saw that the MF on Audi’s shot up this month! Literally doubled: 00035 to .0007.
