Had lease return inspection through Open lane and the inspection despite some small nicks and a small dent in the hood came back as a 5? Small door ding too. Volvo was a royal pita for every tiny ding so I’m confused by the grade of 5. How much wear and tear is expected? Is mazda financial just nicer on lease returns? Inspector did state it’s clean for a NY car but overall do dealers usually refurb the cars or leave them as is?
