Not that this is a bad deal, per se – but take a look at @LeaseHero’s and @Samson’s latest 330e deals as a benchmark on what can be achieved on the 330e. Your effective payment here is $100-$150 higher per month than both of their latest deals posted within the last 2 weeks. Granted, they were demos, but that’s a pretty big gap especially since your broker fee is so insanely high (if I’m reading this right, your 1.5% fee is $840?)
This is expensive, but:
(1) Is a high MSRP new car;
(2) Does not include loyalty;
(3) Does not include MSDs;
(4) Is structured as a 36 month lease;
I think with another percentage or two off and some creativity in structure (think MSDs, shorter term, acq fee waiver), this could be a decent deal for someone who wants a loaded boat 330e…
So am I missing a coffee, or is that not what this says? I mean, does it not make sense that as the MSRP rises, the fee % can lower, but still yield a nominally bigger number?

Of course, it will be higher also i see it has an MSRP of 47k. The one I got is 55k!.. Doesn’t matter though, I can pick apart anything, any deal but I’m not here to be combative. YES, this is a basic structure and MSD or changing the terms we can do. Im not here to be tested and i say that in the kindest way. Someone want a NEW car? Email me!
I’d suggest including information about incentives and MSD in your OP so forum members know there is room to make this deal better. It’s a loaded vehicle, but with your broker fee encroaching on 4 figures for a $55k car, this deal structure feels like money is being left on the table as currently presented. But I do appreciate your non-combative attitude – thank you for that.
Not trying to be inflammatory or a d@ck, I get it and I’m reading just fine. I’m just baffled. I’ve never seen broker fees that high. Once the broker fee is $25 / month, I have to start wondering if one is coming out ahead.
Please, no offense intended. But most broker fees are closer to a top of $400 from what I’ve seen.
Lol i get Batmitestar no worries. I am different as a Consumer advocate (Yes, who will take a fee). But really not here to sell me per se. Here to help and if business comes of it great. Are you buying a car? If so call me and talk it out. Im sure we can help each other. So you all know, it is what it is but i do guarantee that in MOST cases i do save clients enough time, stress and money to rationalize my companies fees. Maybe not for you though and that’s cool.

As far as putting MSD deals and such, if a consumer and potential client wants that just reach out via email and i can get that fore you. Im not hiding anything here at all. We are all getting to know eachother here and all these questions or suggestions are just to help me out. And you, so i thank you.
I actually agree and like to see a true offer that 100% of people can get. If you do qualify for an extra incentive or choose to apply MSD’s then he can be contacted and send you updated sheet. For a month I’ve been playing email tag with dealers within 400 miles and 90% will send you a lease option with a huge asterisk where they have included unattainable incentatives and many times ones that are for retail only. Give me the best dealer discount + rebate or incentives that all apply for and I can figure the rest.
I’m not a dealer but I know dave will be more than happy to do that for you. As i deliver cars to clients i post the deals I got them. If you want to buy a car of course i will get you what you need. That takes calling and emailing me directly.
