Received numbers from dealer for one-pay Lyriq. Is is correct the way Total payments and Amount due differ? I can only assume the difference is covered by the conquest+costco rebates?

Don’t assume anything. I can’t determine what the single-pay amount is without seeing much more detail like the dealer worksheet. You’re allowing the dealer to control the deal. Create your own target deal. You may find the following helpful with regard to single pay leases…

It’s fine, their customer quote system probably isn’t set up well for one-pays so it’s just showing whatever they could get to spit out (more backend-type detail on how the lease is actually structured).
Your actual one-pay out of pocket amount is $8,491. The dealer is using the rebates to cover the rest.
This is no different than regular leases where it’s very common for dealers to set it up for say $5k total DAS where $2500 is coming from the customer and $2500 is from rebates.
The difference is the customer usually doesn’t see that level of detail on the quote sheet, just the contract.
